Terms of Service

Effective September 8, 2026 · Beta version

These terms govern your use of the GetUpizer beta. By creating or using an account, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate information, meet the minimum age shown by the service and protect your account. One person may not create deceptive, automated or impersonating accounts. Verification badges are risk-reduction signals, not guarantees of identity or conduct.

Events and participation

Users create and attend events independently. Organisers must describe location, timing, conditions and capacity accurately, review participation requests responsibly and cancel promptly when plans change. Participants must follow organiser instructions that are lawful and safe.

Safety

Do not use GetUpizer for violence, exploitation, harassment, discrimination, fraud, stalking, illegal trade or attempts to obtain another person’s sensitive information. Meet in appropriate public places, use reporting and blocking tools, and contact local emergency services when someone may be in immediate danger.

Content and communications

You remain responsible for content you submit and grant GetUpizer permission to store and display it only as necessary to operate the service. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use. Private and event chats are subject to membership, approval, moderation and safety controls.

Moderation

GetUpizer may limit visibility, remove content, restrict features or suspend accounts to protect users or the service. Decisions may consider reports, technical signals and account history. Available appeal mechanisms should be used for disputed decisions.

Service availability

The product is currently a beta and may change, experience interruptions or contain errors. GetUpizer is a coordination platform and is not the organiser, insurer or guarantor of user-created events unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Ending use

You may request account deletion in the profile privacy controls. GetUpizer may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, security threats or legal requirements.
