Account and associated-data deletion

From the app or web app

Sign in, open Settings, choose “Your data and account”, then “Request account deletion”. Re-enter your account email to confirm. A seven-day cancellation period protects against accidental or malicious deletion requests.

If you cannot sign in

Email [email protected] from the address associated with the account. Use the subject “GetUpizer account deletion request”. We will verify control of the account before acting; never send a password, one-time code or recovery code.

What is deleted

After the cancellation period, active access and sessions are revoked and account, profile, OAuth, phone and uploaded-media data are removed or anonymised. User-generated content associated with the account is deleted or redacted. Limited security, fraud-prevention or legal records may be retained only where necessary and as described in the Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions

Deleting an account does not by itself cancel a store subscription. Cancel any active subscription in Apple App Store or Google Play before completing deletion.
